To upgrade and build the new platform ecosystems for the bank acquisition and divestiture.
Procured refurbished hardware that would support Windows 2008.
Mitigated hardware failures, working with Vendor to provide parts.
Implemented emergency Project Change Requests to change the implementer of the Go Live from the client to the vendor within 2 weeks of initial request.
Payments Modernization – $30M – 3 PMs, 60 Techs, 10 workstreams
To upgrade and build the new platforms for low value payments.
Stabilized trouble (red) project (4th PM), from 2 months behind to 1 week early (within four weeks).
Worked with the client and technical teams, and created the Non-Functional Test Cases, and Checklists.

Data Centre Migration (Tandem, AS400, Mainframe) – $8M – 6 PMs, 64 Techs, 6 workstreams
To build and migrate the AS400, TANDEM and Mainframe DEV and PROD DR platforms.
Arranged temporary administration network to allow all builds (Mainframe, TANDEM, AS400, SAN, Midrange, etc.) to reduce the impact of the network implementation delays.
Procured 3rd party fibre cards, licensing, and Windows servers to allow TANDEM backups.
