To implement the Beyond Trust agent of 30,000 Windows servers, including the configuration of the SaaS security configuration.
Worked with the I&AM, Cybersecurity, and Domain Admin teams in coordination with the Business to test, mitigate issues, and then roll out via BigFix the required .NET and Beyond Trust agents.

I engaged the subject matter experts and we completed the server and middleware builds, planned and implemented the non-functional testing (verifying the hardware and DB2 disaster recovery plan), and went live on schedule.
To create the new Disaster Recovery configuration for the mainframe platform.
When I took over this project it was in red status.
I engaged the subject matter experts and we created the plan to build and test the POC environment, build and test the NFT environment, and configure the PROD environment within 30 days.
The POC testing was successfully completed 30 days ahead of schedule. The design of the NFT environment was changed during the build requiring the subject matter experts to determine how to move forward to meet the new design.
The disaster recovery timing was reduced by 400%.
To refresh the Netezza/IIAS appliance ecosystem for the EDW platform.
When I took over this project it was in red status. I worked with the subject matter experts to understand the ecosystem and what was required to complete the build.
Worked with the security team to exempt the new IIAS appliances from some security requirements due to these being appliances and not able to meet the Linux standard.
Worked with the Tivoli workload scheduler (TWS) team to perform a POC of the serverless configuration due to TWS not being able to be installed inside the container and not be able to failover. The POC completed successfully.
Worked with the server admin to determine how to configure the failover for the backup client due to the client not being able to be installed inside the container. Also performed an emergency TSM server upgrade to allow the IIAS appliances to perform backups.
To build the new ecosystem for the EDW platform.
The server and SAN admins were engaged, the plan was created, and we built and migrated to the new virtual hosts and SSD SAN with minimal or no impact on schedule.
To build the new Payments Sterling (Payment Hub) ecosystem.
Worked with the solution architects to design the NFT and PROD environments to mitigate the findings in the risk assessment.
I engaged the subject matter experts and we completed the server, middleware and application builds, planned and implemented the non-functional testing (verifying the hardware and application disaster recovery plan), and went live on schedule.
The architect that performs the NFT testing was not available and I performed their role, creating the test plan and implementation checklists. The NFT testing was completed successfully. Due to the complexity of the ecosystem, NFT testing took nine weeks to complete.
